Man.  Before I left for this evening’s event, I heard these sweet words from my boy, “I need some lovin’”.  That’s what my kids say when they need a little attention and it warms my heart every time.

He climbed up on my lap and I lightly tickled his back (that’s his favorite).  Then, he reached up with his arms, wrapped them around my neck, curled his long legs onto my lap and placed his head on my chest.  It reminded me of those days just a few years ago, when he was in the NICU, working on staying alive.  I remember spending hours upon hours with him sitting in that hospital chair in Kangaroo Care.  I would hold him the entire time I was at the hospital, never wanting to let him go.  I  waited to see his stats go up.  It was amazing to witness how he would get “better” while he was laying on my chest.  He still does that.  He gets better laying next to me.  You know what’s pretty awesome?  I get better too.  Today was a difficult day.  But holding my baby boy made it okay.

What a beautiful year .  Blessed, blessed, blessed!!!  Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who helped make this year happen.  I wouldn’t be here without you!!!

This first day of November, I’m thankful for my little guy. He turns five and I can’t believe how fast the time has flown. It seems like just yesterday, he was in the NICU after a horrible pregnancy. Not able to hold him for a few days, it was a sad time in our lives, but I’d do it all over again if it still meant I could be his Mama…love you, Baby Boy…

This beautiful lady is my cousin.  She’s my mama’s sister’s daughter.  She is an amazing woman who has overcome incredible medical mountains.  Cancer twice – beat twice.  Not only that, but an amazing mom with an unmatched sense of humor.  Love her and her family.  Aren’t their boys sooooo stinkin’ cute?  Julius REALLY loves his cuzins .  Enjoy your feature and Consider Yourselves Loved…

I love trading .  I have traded stylists, construction workers, landscapers, magazines, wine, personal trainers, organizers, babysitters, sewers, decorators, Scentsy.  Pretty much anything that you can trade, I’ll entertain the option.  I think we could all use a trade now and then.

Right this second, I am looking for someone who will trade photographs for:
Lawn Care/Maintenance
Closet Organizers (like California Closets)
Advertising Space
Furniture (don’t laugh – I have a friend who traded a couch for photography from a small business owner’s furniture store!)

Seriously.  Could this little guy be any cuter?  At one year, he is already wooing the ladies.  I have to admit I fell prey to his charming ways.  Can you blame me?

Meet this sweet baby girl.  She is sweet, she is beautiful and she is a miracle.

Meet her parents.  They are so in love with her.  She means the world to them.

I photographed the oldest about three years ago.  When I heard Mom was having another baby, I was so excited!!!  I had such fun photographing her first daughter, I just knew it would be equally as fun photographing their newest family member.  She was about 6 months old in these images and just as cute as can be!!!  Thank you, “H” Family, for letting me photograph your beautiful children – sooo much fun!!!
